The hotel room was nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed and a flat screen TV. Although it had some technical issues, the front desk was prompt in sending someone to fix it. the bathroom, though it looked dirty at times, was kept clean by the staff.

The buffet service was a disaster, with long delays in replenishing dishes, leaving us waiting for hours for our desired food options.

The room was cozy and comfortable. The check-in process was fast. The hotel was located near the city center and a shopping mall. The bed was a delight to sleep in and the staff was friendly and polite.
